HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene)

HDPE is a lightweight yet strong plastic known for its toughness and excellent chemical resistance.


Features:

  • High impact strength

  • Low moisture absorption

  • Good machinability

Applications: Cutting boards, tanks, liners, conveyor components, chutes.

Nylon (PA6)

Nylon offers outstanding mechanical strength, wear resistance, and load-carrying performance.


Features:

  • High tensile & compressive strength

  • Good abrasion resistance

  • Low friction surface

  • Performs well in bearings & gears

 

Applications: Bushings, gears, sprockets, rollers, mechanical parts.

Acetal (POM / Derlin Type)

Acetal provides excellent dimensional stability and low friction, making it suitable for precision components.
 

Features:

  • High stiffness

  • Good fatigue resistance

  • Excellent machinability

  • Low moisture absorption

Applications: Gears, valve components, electronic parts, conveyor mechanisms.

Operating temperature: 100° C

Polypropylene (PP)

A lightweight plastic with strong chemical resistance, especially against acids and solvents.
 

Features:

  • Excellent resistance to chemicals

  • High fatigue resistance

  • Low cost, versatile

 

Applications: Laboratory equipment, tanks, containers, chemical applications.

UHMW-PE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene)

UHMW-PE is an extremely tough, wear-resistant plastic used in heavy industrial environments.
 

Features:

  • Very low coefficient of friction

  • Exceptional abrasion resistance

  • High impact strength

  • Non-stick surface

Applications: Chute liners, wear strips, conveyors, impact pads.

A clear, impact-resistant plastic used where high strength and visibility are required.


Features:

  • Extremely high impact resistance

  • Good optical clarity

  • Heat resistant

PTFE offers the best chemical resistance of any plastic and an extremely low-friction surface.
 

Features:

  • Non-stick

  • High temperature resistance

  • Handles aggressive chemicals

 

Applications: Gaskets, seals, bearing pads, heat-resistant components.

Fibra (Phenolic / Bakelite Type)

Phenolic sheets are rigid, electrically insulating plastics widely used in mechanical and electrical applications.
